Club training is every Tuesday & Thursday at 6.50pm for seniors from Shipley Hall Cricket Club April to September and William Gregg VC Leisure Centre October to March. Juniors meet at 5.45pm every Thursday from Shipley Hall Cricket Club in the summer and Shipley Parish Room during the winter.
Runners can benefit from structured training sessions and from the experience and advice of UKA-qualified coaches whilst also receiving help and encouragement every step of the way from other like-minded individuals.
Training sessions cater for all abilities meaning everyone will have someone at his/her level and no one is ever left behind.
