Impressive individual results for Heanor RC in the 2012-13 BDL XC League, including Joe Rainsford bagging the senior men’s title and Adam Biggs grabbing third. There were also golds for Tony Weatherson in the VM45 category and Chris Mellors in VM65 as well as a pair of silvers for Ashley Deeming (VM40) and Jill Burke (VL50).
